From Rifugio Venezia, take trail no. 475 towards Malga Ciauta. After about 15 minutes, leave the main trail and turn right following the track, continue through the pastures until you reach a small pond, then climb up the slope of Mount Pena. The trail, marked by red dots on rocks and trees, becomes increasingly steep until you reach the panoramic summit.

From the summit, you can enjoy an exceptional 360° view of the Cadore Dolomites and the entire southern side of Pelmo.
